Hindu families in Khiriskhali, Basanti living under Islamic terror

Hindu families in Khiriskhali, Basanti living under Islamic terror Village: Khiriskhali, P.S. Basanti, District: 24 Paraganas (South) happened to be a Hindu-dominated area once but no more…. blatant Muslim appeasement of governments in Bengal down the ages coupled with unrestrained illegal migration of Muslims from neighboring Bangladesh have sealed fates of Hindus in this village forever. Only two Hindu families exist in the village these days virtually and in a great terror round the clock. Ten years before, Anadi Naskar, a Hindu individual, to get relief from rising Islamic atrocities then sold 10 bighas of his ancestral property to Muslims and left for the nearby Hindu-dominated village: 3 no. Kumrakhali. Now, his nephew is having brunt of the same. Neighboring Muslims, as fresh reports are coming in, have occupied 22 skhatak land of 47 shatak land belonging to nephew of abovementioned Anadi Naskar. And now, Muslims are endeavoring to get hold of the remaining

It has also come to knowledge, the above-said infrastructure will be available in 12 districts throughout the state. And every shed will contain cold storage, retail outlet, training center along with hall for public sale. As fresh reports have come to us, 29 markets (as part of 1 st Phase) will be built up in the districts of  Cooch Behar , Dinajpur (both North and South), 24 Paraganas (both Nor

Karnataka Govt. for ban on indecent photos of gods on shirts

Bangalore (Karnataka) : The Karnataka government plans to ban indecent depiction of images of Hindu gods and goddesses, especially on dresses and cracker packs. The move, announced by muzrai minister Kota Srinivas Poojary on Wednesday, has drawn sharp criticism from sections of society as it infringes on freedom of expression. Poojary was in hot water in July when he directed government-run temples to perform special poojas by spending more than Rs 18 crore to address drought in Karnataka. Defending the move, the minister told TOI: "Many complaints have been received from the public on printing of indecent photos on T-shirts and cracker packs. We will discuss the issue with the Dharmika Parishath (highest decision-making body on religious affairs in Karnataka) on January 3." Noted constitutional expert Ravivarma Kumar slammed the move, saying it would affect freedom of speech and expression. "The government has no powers to impose such restrict

'Why separate law for temples when protection is given to unauthorized slums ?'

Margashirsha Krushnapaksha 12,Kaliyug Varsha 5114 Mumbai : Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) has decided to demolish 326 religious structures out of 534 unauthorized religious structures declared by it and its list has been published in newspapers. Out of the religious structures which have been decided to be demolished, more than 270 are Hindu temples. Although the Government has to follow directions of  the Supreme Court, it has to pay respect to the religious sentiments of people. The temples should not be declared as unauthorized due to lack proper papers while taking action and care should be taken to protect the ancient ‘Sattvik ’ temples. The Government should also not fall prey to pressure tactics used by the minorities and take different view about their prayer houses. The above firm demand has been made by Dr. Uday Dhuri, the President of ‘Maharashtra Mandir and Dharmik Sanstha Mahasangha’ with the BMC administration, Mumb
