Vivekanand International Foundation (VIF) together with Patriot forum organized a seminar on the subject on 20th April 2013 at VIF conference hall in Delhi. Seminar was presided over by Mr KPS Gill and Chief guest was Dr Subramaniam Swamy. Others on the dias were Mr R K Ohri and Mr Ajit Doval. Convenor of seminar : Mr D C Nath Dr. Swamy in his address stated categorically that if the Govt wants it can withdraw article 370 from Kashmir within 25 minutes and does not require parliament to pass any kind of resolution. Further added that the cause of problem is appeasement policy of Congress Govt.
