Benefits of Mantra Chanting

When a mantra is chanted in rhythmic tone with ups and downs, they create a melodious effect in the body . This effect can be defined as the Neuro-linguistic effect. The Neuro- linguistic effect will be possible even if you do not know the meaning of the mantra. Hence knowing the meaning of every mantra is not compulsory. At the same time if you know the meaning it has got an additional effect which is known as Neuro-linguistic (NLE) + Psycholinguistic effect (PLE). Lot of Research studies have been carried out by many and important results derived by one of the famous professors Dr. T. Temple Tutler, of the Cleveland University, USA on these effects are remarkable. The NLE and PLE effects are due to the production and spreading of curative chemicals in the brain. These curative chemicals give smoothening and curing effect in the body. Thus mantra chanting is no way a superstition. It can also be directly called as music...

CDAC cunningly changes distorted map of India

- By HJS team Distorted Map of India by CDAC Changed distorted Map of India The Government department, Center for development for advance computing (CDAC) had distorted India’s Map on their website. It had shown Indian Map without Pakistan occupied Kashmir and China occupied Kashmir. This was noted by a Patriotic Indian Shri. Ramesh Chengappa to immediately lodge his protest to the website. After some time the distorted map was changed with no intimation to the protestor from the Government. From this we can imagine the working of the government departments. The protest letter sent by Shri. Ramesh Chengappa to the CDAC is following - Dear Sir, Why doesn’t the picture of Bharat in your site show Kashmir in it? I can understand a US or a Pakistani site doing it, but not your site. http://www.cdac.in/html/about/rti/rti_bng_electr.asp?center_id=2 Please do the necessary correction. If you guys still don’t have any clue as to what I am talking about see the att...

Where are all the Pro-Hindus?

By Mannanur Ravindran     In the land where  the children of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Sant Tukaram and Sant Gyaneshwar lived, the Law Minister,  Mr. Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, has shown the daring to announce that his Govt. will take over about 2 lakh Hindu temples.    `  Keraleeya  Kshetra Paripalana Kendra Samiti, Maharashtra (Regd.) the apex body of  Keraleeya temples in the state is the first organization to protest against the move to take over temples when the then Law and Justice minister Minister,of  Mr. Govindrao Adik, asked  the 13th Law Commission to draft a Law to take temples and Hindu religious institutions into the government’s control. The anti-Hindu  bureaucrats  posted in the secretariat of the Maharashtra Government who were earlier working in the secretariat  of  South Indian states (Where temples are nationalized) brought to the Notice of the  Govt. of Maharash...

Government eating away Temple wealth

Kumbakonam (Tamil Nadu), Jan. 9: Temple priests in Tamil Nadu have demanded that they be given a 50 per cent share of the collections from offerings made by devotees. The priests held a conference at this temple town and, among other things, wanted the government to fix their share of temple collections on a monthly basis. The temple collections are mainly from the tickets sold to the worshippers for a place in the darshan queue and for performing special pujas, such as archana and abhishekam. However, rural temples earn very little this way and mostly depend on grants from the state government through its Hindu religious and charitable endowments department. "A priest in a rural temple earns less than Rs 100 a month and is in a state of perennial poverty. He struggles to make ends meet by performing special rituals and ceremonies in the residences of the locals. We want the government to help the priest community by increasing their income levels," said R. B...

Pass anti-Hindu Acts at your own risk, Govt. told

Sangali: The State Government has deliberately excluded Muslims and Christians from the purview of the proposed Act for taking over temples. The only intention of the Government to pass the Maharashtra Temples and Religious Institutions Take Over Act is to lay hands on the funds collected by the Temple Trusts. Considering the ensuing elections and protection of interests of the politicians, the Government should not dare to pass the proposed Act else the campaign against the Act will become more intense and it will have to face serious consequences. This warning was given in the press conference by Shri. Vishram Bapat of the famous Sree Radha-Krushna Mandir. Shri. Bapat further stated that a protest march would be organized on 2nd December for revoking all anti-Hindu Acts. The march would be taken to the District Collector's office. Trustees of all temples, members of Hindu organizations and staunch Hindus would participate in the march. The Govt. is passing th...

The CBI is a habitual offender

The revived controversy over the withdrawal of an Interpol notice issued for Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi in the Bofors case is not the only example of how the Central Bureau of Investigation is subservient to the dictates of the United Progressive Alliance regime. The CBI should be dubbed a habitual offender if one looks at the politically important cases that the agency has handled and mishandled over the years. If one puts in sequence what all the Bureau has done in the Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav[Images] disproportionate assets case in the Supreme Court, it speaks volumes about the Manmohan Singh[Images] and Sonia Gandhi-led UPA government's politics. The sequence of events that took place before and after the trust vote in the Lok Sabha on July 22, 2008, regarding Mulayam Singh's disproportionate assets case leads me to believe that the CBI's actions are anything but independent. Attorney General Milon Banerjee's advi...

Under pressure from a few atheist and so-called progressive pompousness, Govt's move to bring such Acts is really a very perturbing and inopportune step. Representatives of different groups attending the conference...

Why a Frenchman built a Bhavani & Shivaji museum

The first phase of FACT’s (fact-india.com) Shivaji Maharaj Museum of Indian History has been inaugurated by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Mrs Ajit Pawar and Nitin Gadkari. The exquisite Bhavani Bharat temple is one of the only two temples in India dedicated to Mother India (the other is in Haridwar) which Sri Aurobindo and Lokmanya Tilak wanted to build in Maharashtra 100 years ago. The VIPs then inaugurated three exhibitions: a miniature painting exhibition on the life of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj; an exhibition on Hindu Tolerance Throughout the Ages; and another exhibition that proves scientifically that the famous Aryan invasion never actually happened. Why does a Frenchman build a Bhavani Bharti temple and museum? I am proud to say I owe a debt to India, because this country has granted me so much, spiritually, professionally and even sentimentally. I was a young boy of 19, living in Paris, the city of my birth, when I heard that a caravan of cars was driving from Paris...

This govt is taking the country down with it

By Francois Gautier In Tamil Nadu, one of the country’s most industrialised states, there are 10 to 15 hours of power cut a day, workers stand idle, small units are closing down daily by the dozens and business is slow. The rupee is sliding, India is downgraded by many countries as an investment risk and the stock market tumbles. The government allows the best airline, Kingfisher, to go nearly bankrupt, bled dry by extravagant airport charges, huge fuel taxes, while it keeps pouring thousands of crores into Air India. India is the laughing stock of South Asia: Pakistan sends its terrorists, New Delhi cries murder, but the next moment the pretty Pakistani foreign minister comes and the Indian media goes gaga. China plays the Indian government like a violin. Maoists have a field day, kidnapping officials at random, knowing that ransoms will be paid. Indians today live in a country where mullahs can preach secession, while Hindu gurus rev...
