India-China Military Standoff – A Question of Sovereignty and Peace

About 300 Filipino demonstrators rally at the Chinese Consulate in Makati against China's  aggressive tactics in the Scarborough Shoal in the South China Sea. Being at war with itself, India has neither the intent nor the courage to deter her enemies from nibbling at the ‘disputed’ borders and regurgitate at the negotiating table. Pakistan and China are taking full advantage of a weak Government which is virtually held at ransom by its coalition partners. Also, as a tradition the Indian politician has never felt much interested in national security and military matters, much less in the remotely issues like border management. First, it was the audacious intrusion by the Pakistan Army at Kargil. The strategy with which the intrusion was accomplished made it abundantly clear that the intruding Army was fairly sure that there would not be any serious and immediate retaliation from the Indian side. Our initial response proved them right. O...

Tonight is the 16th night since Chinese army intruded into a sovereign country India

Tonight is the 16th night since Chinese army intruded into a sovereign country India, and has setup tents to place its soldiers. But how is India reacting? 1) The youth are busy watching IPL and its cheerleaders. Tonight is the 24th IPL game since the enemy intrusion. Not a single protest march by India's 60 crore plus youth in any metro city over the past two weeks. 2) Sonia Gandhi, the chief o f ruling coalition, is busy getting 'charan sparsh' from a party sycophant in a remote location of South India. 3) Manmohan Singh, the supposed most powerful man in India, is busy telling lies about IT and industry to a bunch of village women in an nondescript village of Karnataka, on a rainy evening. Is this how a 21st century superpower dealing with enemy intrusion into its sovereign territory? Shame on yo u  @ Ignited Mind

Why India needs NaMo to remain a secular state?

Why India needs NaMo to remain a secular state? -------------------------- -------------------------- -------- Over 80% percent of India’s population or 900 million people in the country are Hindus+Sikhs+Jains+Buddhis ts. Yet, shamefully, the country is being ruled by the Minorities, who may now constitute around 20% of the population count. India is the only country in the world where its minorities  –– principally the Muslims and the Christians –– have ganged up together to enact laws that decide how the Hindu majority should behave in their own country! It is truly a matter of great regret and shame that Hindus are taking this injustice and tyranny lying down! Since Congress chairperson Sonia Gandhi led UPA, the sinister efforts are underway to selectively appoint the Christians and Muslims in sensitive and powerful positions within the administration. Here are a few glaring examples of it: Chairperson of the country’s ruling political alliance UPA is Sonia Gandhi, a practici...
