Illegal slaughtering of cattle goes on in BJP regime ! Valpai (Goa) : Police caught persons carrying a bull for illegal slaughtering from Belgaum to Goa. Police confiscated the vehicle and the bull besides driver Mantesh Lamani and owner of the bull, Augusto D’Souza. Traffic police Rupesh Wadkar caught the vehicle at Valpai and informed Valpai police about it. Valpai police then took necessary action.
