Hindu Elements in Indian Constitution.

Hindu Elements in Indian Constitution. The implication of Hindu Culture and Tradition in Indian Constitution. Upananda Brahmachari | Hindu Existence Bureau | 26 January 2014::  India i.e. Bharat is celebrating its 65th anniversary of adopting its Constitution as it was taken granted on the day of 26 th  January, 1950. We are very much proud for the Indian Constitution and celebrating the Republic Day, but we never look through the Hindu Elements in Indian Constitution or the implication of Hindu Culture and Tradition in it. The partition of India in 1947, made this unique land of cultural unity divided into two pieces on the basis of two nation theory, Hindu-Muslim basis which was undesirable to the majority people.  But, the communal minority Muslims procured their holy land of Pakistan on the strength swords and the cunning politics in connivance of the British who adopted ‘divide-&-rule’ policy. Though least blood shedder and the minimum troub...

Beware of Valentine's Day - A cultural conversion of Hindus !

Notice To My Readers :- I am also a Youth of India. I am not against Valentine's day like fanatic's like of other religion's. But my thinking is why will you celebrate "One Day" for showing your Love. It is not one day affair to Show your Love, do this everyday or every minute. We Hindu's are not prohibited to celebrate This day BUT its your Own Choice.  Bharatiyas feel great by celebrating averse western days like 'Valentine's Day' due to slavery to westerners.  The fact is that in many western countries 'Valentine's Day' is not celebrated at all. Not only this, but while publishing the revised calendar of the Roman Catholic Saints in general, 'Valentine's Day' is omitted in it. If this is so then why should it be given so much importance in Bharat? Religious festivals, vowed religious observances (Vrat-Vaikalye) which have originated through Bharat's glorious culture have no parallel. HJS call youth to ou...

BJP, RSS and VHP will have to face serious consequences if H. H. Asaramji Bapu is not released in 15 days ! – Swami Chakrapani Maharaj

New Delhi :  Great personalities sacrifice everything for protection of Dharma. H. H. Santashri. Asaramji Bapu has also offered his family for protection of Dharma. Pujya Bapu is in jail even after 5 months. Where are those people now who ask for votes in the name of ‘Hindutva’ ? What efforts did BJP, RSS or VHP representing Hindus make for release of Pujya Bapu? Today, there is need to expose fake pro-Hindu leaders who only pose as ‘Hindutva-waadi’; therefore, if H. H. Asaramji Bapu is not released within 15 days, BJP, RSS and VHP will have to face serious consequences. The above warning was given by Swami Chakrapani Maharaj, the national President of ‘Sant Mahasabha’ during conference of Saints organized at Jantar Mantar. Other dignitaries sharing the dais with him were Swami Swatmabodhanandji Maharaj from Mumbai, Yoga-Scholar Harshanandji, Shri. Akhilesh Tiwari, who participates in discussion programs on TV news channels fighting the case for H. H. Bapu and Shri. Mukesh Khan...

Respect the National Flag of India

O Indians, Let us unite to prevent the insult and abuse of the National Flag ! Introduction Video : Respect the National flag What care one should take regarding the Flag ? Maharashtra Govt. bans the use of plastic for preparing the National Flag ! The Naked Truth of Disrespect of the Flag by Countrymen on National Days 'Respect Our National Flag Campaign' taken up by HJS and Sanatan Sanstha What You can do?   Introduction The National Flag is a symbol of the Nation's respect and pride. There is liberal use of the flag on Independence Day and Republic day. There is a new trend of selling flags made of paper and plastic, which is incorrect. With a sense of national pride, people enthusiastically buy such flags - but the very next day, we find these flags being trampled upon on the roads, in dustbins and elsewhere. By allowing this to happen, people forget that they are insulting the flag. Often, these flags are burnt along with garbage. ...

Christian missionaries’ meeting was thwarted by Hindu activists at Dombivali !

Congratulations to devout Hindus who foil conspiracy of Christians !   Dombivali (Dist. Thane) :  Christian missionaries had organized a prayer-meeting at ‘Janaki Hall’ in Dombivali (W) on 20th December in which they had planned to convert Hindus. On learning about such conspiracy, few pro-Hindu activists entered the hall while the program was going on; acclaiming ‘Jai Shriram’ and disconnected the sound system. They first asked women and girls to leave the hall and later, took the organizers to task, thus thwarting the program. Songs related to Jesus were sung throughout the program. People were told that ‘Jesus is great and he would only relieve you of all problems’; people were lured with promises. Most of the young men attending the program were Hindus but converted as Christians. The owner of the hall was a Hindu but he offered the hall to Christians. ( Such Hindus are real foes of Hindu Dharma ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat ) Pro-Hindu activists explained ...

Pagan Roots of Christmas

The Origins of Christmas The origins  of Christmas go back before Christianity where  many ancient cultures celebrated the changing of the seasons. In the northern hemisphere in Europe, for example, the winter solstice, which was the shortest day of the year, occurs around Dec. 25 th . These celebrations were based on the decline of winter. Since during winter animals were penned, people stayed in doors, crops didn’t grow, etc., to know that winter was half over and on its way out was a time of celebration. In the  ancient Roman system of religion, Saturn was the god of agriculture. Each year during the summer, the god Jupiter would force Saturn out of his dominant position in the heavenly realm and the days would begin to shorten. In the temple to Saturn in Rome, the feet of Saturn were then symbolically bound with chains until the winter solstice when the length of days began to increase. It was this winter solstice that was a time of celebration and excha...

Christian Fanatic jailed for insulting Hindu practises in Bali

A Christian woman residing in the Hindu-majority island of Bali was sentenced to 14-months in prison for calling Hindu offerings “dirty and disgusting,” the Supreme Court recently announced. “The defendant Rusgiani, who is also known as Yohana, has been proven validly and convincingly guilty of purposefully and publicly expressing herself in a way to ignite conflict and defame a certain religion in Indonesia,” A.A. Ketut Anom Wirakanta said during the trial at the Denpasar District Court as written in the court ruling. “[The judges] have sentenced the defendant to one year and two months in prison.” The ruling was published by the Supreme Court earlier this month, even though the ruling was delivered on May 14 in the Denpasar District Court. Rusgiani has been detained in Bali since January. The punishment was lighter than the two years imprisonment demanded by prosecutors. The incident occurred on Aug. 25, 2012. Rusgiani, a Christian who had only been living Bali for th...

Idea of India, Unity and National Integration

One of the biggest ill-effects of the post-colonial ‘Idea of India’ is the confusion it created in the Indian mind about the country, its culture, its nation and state. While clarity exists in the minds of learned men who studied Indian/Hindu culture, many simply lack it. The idea of this write-up is not to analyze those confusions but to present a high level understanding of the different aspects that are now not seen clearly. For instance  many are concerned about the several divides that exist in India, in the name of region, religion, language, caste etc. While appreciating the ‘unity in diversity’, the lack of consensus as a retarding factor in the nation’s growth is seen as a result of such diversity or divides. But many do not have an idea of what the original notion of India, what its idea of unity, diversity and integration is. Unfortunately the modern idea of India is rooted in a complete ignorance of the real idea of India which is based on federalism, pluralism, ...
