Kolhapur (Maharashtra) : Sree Renuka Devi Temple was robbed during midnight of Wednesday. Unknown robbers broke open the cupboard kept in the temple and stole ornaments made from gold and silver besides cash of Rs. 10,000/- ; all loot worth Rs. 2.50 lakhs. A case has been reported to Rajarampuri Police Station. Local citizens are feeling very unsafe due to this incident. (In secular regime of Congress, incidents of theft are occurring more only in Hindu temples; but the Government and police do not take the matter seriously. Hindus should, therefore, prepare themselves for protection of their temples.
