Exit poll Wounds

In the just the  previous post  I had written that most of the crooks in the media “ inject poison into the public vein every single day ”. As if to prove the point Dipankar Gupta, a Commie member of the incestuous club of Lutyens, was injecting poison through CNN-IBN during the exit polls discussion on May 12. He made an extraordinary statement “ the minorities are now armed and ready to take on the majority and will not be at the receiving end anymore ”. There was no real context for the statement except for the fact that the exit polls showed a victory for the NDA. And given that Narendra Modi may become PM the usual nonsense of whether Muslims will be killed and tortured is thrown into the argument for no reason or rhyme. I call such people  enemies of the state . The entire club survives on the well-being of the  Dynasty  in Delhi. You can imagine how many members of this club are going to be hurt that the dynasty may not throw them crumbs for a while or ...

The Quixotic EC: Election commission or Election for Congress

Any election without its humour and laughable moments is no fun. Lately, apart from the politicians it’s the  Election Commission  (EC) and its multiple Commissioners and field level Commissioners that have been providing some comic moments. They have this thing called  Model Code of Conduct  (MCC) which the politicians and other public figures campaigning are supposed to follow. I believe Mohinder Amarnath would have called these guys “a bunch of jokers” without a second thought; such is their implementation of policies and codes. The first and foremost task of the EC is to ensure all voters who wish to vote are able to vote without hindrance. They have failed miserably in this task and someone needs to explain and probably even be prosecuted for this serious lapse. It’s not even a question of a few hundreds or thousands, this runs into millions according to news reports: There is no denying that the task of conducting elections in India is a huge one. It’...

Ishrat Jahan - Dead But Not Dead

As expected all the TV channels broke into a song and dance about the CBI charge sheet in the Ishrat Jahan  case. The new line that every made-up anchor; Arnab, Chaubeji, Nidhi Razdan, Sreenivasan Jain, Rajdeep etc., is with a very juicy question: “ Is the political establishment not responsible for the actions of the accused policemen ”? In other words, once again, should Narendra Modi not hang? Please… At least Amit Shah? Suddenly, all these crooks discovered and used the uniform line that the political establishment should be responsible for actions of the cops. This is clearly a line “ planted ” in the media by you know who since all the channels and all the anchors asked the same question like parrots. They didn’t ask this question when the cops cracked down and killed Rajbala at the Ramdev protest in June 2011. They didn’t ask this question in the encounter killings in UP or NE and I can make a long list. By this measure  I doubt any state would have a Chief Minister f...

Varanasi blasts : UP seeks to withdraw case against 'HuJI man' on the run

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) : The UP government has sought withdrawal of the criminal case against an absconding alleged HuJI operative Shamim Ahmed, accused of planting a bomb in Varanasi in 2006. The bomb, which did not explode, was found soon after the twin blasts at Sankatmochan Mandir and Varanasi Cantt station in which 21 persons died on March 7, 2006. The third bomb had been planted near Jamuna Fatak in Godaulia, in Dasaswamedh police circle. All the bombs were made by packing explosives in pressure cookers. The Varanasi police claimed HuJI had planned the blasts. The UP STF arrested Waliullah, the imam of a mosque in Allahabad, on April 5, 2006, and said he was the mastermind. Police claimed the blasts were executed by three Bangladeshis with whom Waliullah had studied in Deoband. Waliullah is currently in Dasna jail; the trio were never caught. In December 2006, the police named Shamim in the chargesheet. Shamim too was never caught. But in 2008, aft...

EVERY INDIAN MUST SHARE THIS, DID YOU KNOW THIS!(IPL)

EVERY INDIAN MUST SHARE THIS  DID YOU KNOW THIS Back in the '90s, Sachin went to Ganguly's room the night before an ODI and said that he has heard the next day's match has been fixed. Ganguly told him not to worry. They will open the batting and try their level best in not getting out. They will stay put and make as many runs as possible. Bookies can fix whatever they want to but these 2 won't let it happen . This is what transpired during the game 24 hours later : BOTH SACHIN AND SOURAV SCORED CENTURIES . INDIA WON Check the scorecard: http:// www.espncricinfo.com/ci/ engine/match/66157.html

The IPL Farce

It’s just about a week since  Pawan Kumar Bansal  resigned as Rail Minister under the cloud of bribery charges involving his nephew and a few more people. Like I said in my previous post Bansal was the unfortunate victim of the phone-tapping when the CBI’s target seemed to Mahesh Kumar. So the CBI director now says there is no evidence of any wrong-doing against Bansal. PKB must be wondering now why he was forced to resign. Signs are the investigation against him will go cold and he may not be prosecuted for anything at all. The CBI after turning ‘Namak Haraam’ for a week will now go back to being a ‘ Caged parrot ’ as the SC called it. Someone doesn’t seem to like that name at all. It is therefore reasonable to believe that nobody would be happier than the Congress party that the IPL spot-fixing scandal broke yesterday and served as a great distraction from everything else. It must have come as a big blow for our media that the  IPL  betting scam broke. H...
