Mumbai : Mughals had cut off the heads of Dharmaveer Sambhaji Maharaj and Dattaji Shinde during invasion. Unfortunately, the descendants of Mughals exist even today; therefore, Pakistani soldiers are cutting off heads of Indian soldiers. The Central Home Minister is, however, extending his hand to be friends with Pakistan and branding pro-Hindu organizations as terrorists. Sikh trader kidnapped in Pakistan : Report

A member of the minority Sikh community was kidnapped from an area on the outskirts of Peshawar city in northwest Pakistan, according to media reports. Ranbir Singh was standing outside his house in Quaidabad, a suburb of Peshawar, when unidentified armed men seized him and took him away in a car on Monday night. Singh was a trader and had a shop in Karkhano Market of Peshawar, media reports said. No group claimed responsibility for the abduction. Earlier this month, Mohindar Singh, another Sikh trader from Jogan Shah area of Peshawar, was killed by militants in Khyber Agency. Mohinder was kidnapped in November. Tawheedul Islam, a terrorist group, claimed responsibility for beheading Mohinder. A note left with the body said he was killed for spying for a rival militant group, the Lashkar-e-Islam. Mysore (Karnataka) : In what is said to be an act of vandalism, miscreants yesterday night damaged the historic Nandi monolith located half way on the Mysore-Chamundi Hill road besides damaging stone idols meant for sale at two shops near the monolith and also idols placed around the Nandi. Miscreants, who damaged part of the sculpted Rudraksha Mala around the neck of the statue also set ablaze the cloth placed on the statue, thus damaging the body of the statue.
