Well, even though happiness is subjective, I think most of us can all decide on 10 keys needs that are required for the feeling of contentment. Have hobbies. More importantly, take the time to regularly pursue your hobbies. Whether it be dancing or gardening, do something enjoyable that defines you and takes you away from all the problems of life. Release your emotions . Burying aching thoughts for years will never do anyone any good. So why not just release yourself through anger, sadness, joy or however you feel. Can Digvijay Singh give any proof of 'hatred' spread through RSS schools ? Also why he does not talk about curriculum taught in the missionary schools or madrasas ?  Targeting the RSS-run chain of schools, Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Congress leader Digvijay Singh Thursday demanded that the Communal Violence Bill look into the curriculum of such schools that "incite hatred". He also alleged that Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi has paid Rs. 1,600 crore to American PR firm Apco Worldwide for his image makeover. "The Communal Violence Bill must look at all curriculum of institutions, which have brought in subjects that instigate and incite communal hatred," Singh told The Indian Express, adding that he was not referring to the national curriculum.
