Pune (Maharashtra) : ‘Bharat tried to establish peace with Pakistan for the past 20 years through different mediums like discussions, cricket matches, cultural programs etc.; but that did not gain success. There are many options in which Pakistan can be forced to bow before us; but due to lack of political will, such options are not brought into action. ‘Treachery’ is the tradition of Pakistan.  When Pakistan is busy in carrying out terrorist activities in Bharat, our rulers are busy in fighting with each other. Rulers who cannot protect their citizens, are not fit to rule this country’, stated retired Brigadier Hemant Mahajan. Hindu Janajagruti Samiti (HJS) had organized a seminar at ‘Udyanprasad Hall’s office on the above topic viz. ‘Nebhalat Sarkar aani Sainikan cha Bali’ which was addressed by him.

The other speakers who addressed the program were retd. Colonel Arvind Prabhudesai, the advisor of Security Department of Pune University and Mr. Sunil Ghanavat, the Maharashtra State Coordinator of HJS. More than 350 patriotic citizens attended the program that was compeered by Mrs. Manasi Shrishrimal and was concluded with singing of ‘Vande Mataram’ by Mrs. Leela Ghole.

The Govt. is not only coward but is in ‘coma’ ! – Retd. Col. Arvind Prabhudesai

The Government has been exhibiting its cowardice since 1947. How can we remain calm even after listening to the incidents of sacrifices of soldiers ? When Bharat is a powerful nation, why should it beg to other countries for pressurizing Pakistan? This is the effect of not setting up goals for the Nation by the Government. Such Government which is devoid of any feelings, is not only coward but is also in ‘coma’. Saint Tukaram has said that ‘Nathalache maathi haanu kaathi (punish the stubborn guilty)’ and we should now follow his teachings.

While taking a review of the progam, Mr. Sunil Ghanavat said.

1. When Pakistan is attacking India so often, why has it been given the status of a friendly nation ?
2. Keep personal politics aside and unite for soldiers and Nation !
3. In the beginning, start doing what you can do easily instead of taking up difficult things and then doubting your capabilities.
4. Hindu Nation is the solution of all problems faced by Hindus and everyone should give at least one hour everyday towards protection of Nation and Dharma.

The concept of 33 koti devata in Hinduism!

The concept of 33 koti devata in Hinduism: The Vedas refer to not 33 crore Devatas but 33 types (Koti in Sanskrit) of Devatas. They are explained in Shatpath Brahman and many other scriptures very clearly. "Yasya Trayastrinshad Devaa Ange Sarve Samaahitaa, Skamma Tam Bruhi Katamah Swideva Sah”. ~(Atharva Veda 10-7-13) Which means: with God’s influence, these thirty-three (supporting devta) sustain the world. In Brhadaranyaka Upanishad while discussing Brahman, Yajnavalkya is asked how many gods are there. He says that there are three hundred and three and three thousand and three gods. When the question is repeated? He says, thirty three. When the question is again repeated he says, six. Finally, after several repetitions he says ONE. (Chapter I, hymn 9, verse 1) The number 33 comes from the number of Vedic gods explained by Yajnavalkya in Brhadaranyaka Upanishad – the eight Vasus, the eleven Rudras, the twelve Adityas, Indra and Prajapati. (Chapter I, hymn 9, verse 2
