As per the latest updates from Mr. Vinay Panavalkar of HJS, Madhya Pradesh stopped vehicle of Shankaracharya Narendrananda Saraswati and his companions going towards Mata Saraswati Mandir, Bhojshala. Police forced Shankaracharya and others to come down from vehicle and seized their mobile phones. Then that vehicle is taken over by Police and they have taken away Shankaracharya and others from Dhar. For now, their place is unknown. Why BJP is following footsteps of Congress by trying to suppress voice and constitutional rights of Hindus ? Does it not look like 'Moghalai' (Mughal-like regime) of BJP ? If today BJP is preventing Hindu Saints and devotees from entering Hindu temples, tomorrow it may destroy Hindu temples like Mughal invaders !

As per latest updates at 10.10 a.m., thousands of Hindu devotees have reached Bhojshala. There are separate and long queues of women and men for entering in Bhojshala. Administration has allowed only flower and akshata to take inside for pua of Mata Saraswati.
Shankaracharya reach near Bhojshala
Kashi Sumeru Pith Shankaracharya Narendrananda Saraswati and his companions have reached at Dhar and in next few minutes, he will be heading towards Bhojshala. Around 15 people are with Shankaracharya. It is expected that many Hindu devotees will enter Bhojshala along with Shankaracharya.Discrimination of Hindus continues by Police and Administration
Hindu devotees have to walk at least 3 km due to obstacles created by Police and Administration. They have closed Mandi Road (coming towards Bhojshala) for vehicles and also one gate of Bhojshala complex has been closed, hence Hindus need to walk long distance to reach Bhojshala for darshan.

Shri. Ashok Jain of Bhojshala Mukti Yagna Samiti said that 'Police are behaving in rude manner with Hindu devotees and hence we will not perform puja until Police go outside Bhojshala complex'. Police are checking each and every Hindu devotee thoroughly before entering Bhojshala and hence Yagna and Havan have not started yet. Police also pushed many Hindu devotees outside barricades and it created chaos for some time.
On the other hand, Police have issue passes to Muslims for namaz. Muslims will reach Police Control Room and then Police will take them to Bhojshala in police vehicles so that they can offer namaz there.

Bhojshala issue : Administration on toes, committed to organise ‘namaz’
February 15, 2013Indore/Dhar: Tension in Madhya Pradesh’s Dhar district is at a all time high with ‘Basant Panchami’ and ‘Friday’s namaz’ has fallen on the same day. The administration has promised court that it would arrange for a ‘namaz’ between 1pm to 3pm, however, it is silent on how it is going to that.
The administration is leaving no stones unturned to maintain peace during the function. All the security arrangements have been made in the premises and outside it. Proper barricading is done to avoid any untoward incident. However, it is not clear whether the namaz would be conducted on terrace like 2006, or the entire premise would be vacated of the Hindu devotees, who would be performing ‘Saraswati Pooja’ there.
Many saints had threatened that they would reach Dhar in protest, if Muslims are allowed to enter the Bhojshala during ‘ Saraswati pooja’. Swami Narendranand Saraswati is expected to reach here to perform the pooja.
Meanwhile, district collector CB Singh has said that the administration would take the potential trouble makers in preventive custody. Three make-shift jails have been made for mass-arrest. IG Anuradha Shankar has directed the sector magistrates to take action according to need immediately if any incident happens. Sniffing trouble, the residents of nearby areas have gone to safe places.

He also asked government to clear their view on Bhojshala. Murari Bapu were addressing a gathering at Anand Chaupati of Dhar on Sunday. In his aggressive address Bapu said, “Even after 64 years of independence Hindu’s are bounded in country.
Why government is not saying Muslim brothers that they should not go to Bhojshala on Vasant Panchami. We are not opposing Islam, it’s question of our honor”. Meanwhile state government refused to speak about the Bhojshala issue on Sunday. They put the ball of Bhojshala on central government’s pot.
BJP President Narendra Tomar said that it’s a sensitive issue and government and administration is handling it, political parties should not discuss on it. On other hand Hindu community organized a Shaurya Yatra in Dhar on Sunday in which thousands of Hindus came on road on their vehicles.
After the Yatra police arrested many people from groups including Yogesh Shrma and Sanjay Devra. Apart from this Thinker Govindracharya said in capital, “The brawl over Bhojshala is baseless. It’s huge place and Hindu can celebrate Vasant Panchami and Muslims can perform Namaz at their on same time.

Contemptible efforts in Kumbh Mela by representatives of BJP Govt. to discourage SaintsPrayagaraj (UP) : Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati of Shrikashisumerupith was to reach Indore at 8 a.m. on 14th February to lead the agitation for just cause by Hindus at Dhar, but to prevent Him from arriving at Indore and creating obstacles in law and order situation, BJP Government has cancelled His air-ticket without the knowledge of Shankaracharya. Therefore, Shankaracharya of Shrikashisumerupith got extremely incensed. Even then, Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati immediately booked another ticket and left for Dehali on 13th February. He is expected to reach Indore on the morning of 14th February.

Saints in Kumbh Mela are incensed with BJP Government in M.P. over the issue of Bhojshala. Therefore, in order to assuage their feelings, a delegation consisting Ministers of BJP Government and some office bearers of RSS in M.P. reached Prayagaraj by a chartered flight. Ministers of M.P. Government arrived at Prayagaraj by a chartered flight. They personally met Shankaracharya by visiting Kumbh city. At that time, they presented a copy of order from the Union Government to Shankaracharya. The order states, ‘The temple of Saraswati Devi will be opened for the whole day on 14th February for Hindus to perform worship, and on 15th February, the day of Vasant Panchami, it will be open to Muslims to offer Namaz from 1.00 p.m. to 3.30 p.m., and for the rest of the day it will remain open for performing worship by Hindus’.
On reading this decision, Shankaracharya said –
1. When the worship by Hindus will be in progress after 12.00 p.m. on Vasant Panchami, will it be stopped and Hindus be driven out of the temple by beating them with Lathis ? Or, will they be driven out by shooting them ? This decision will surely cause another riot there like in the year 2006 ! You prevent Muslims from offering Namaz for the whole day in the temple !2. The temple belongs to Hindus. Muslims have encroached on it. When this fact is well-known all over, why Hindus have to carry out the struggle ? It is beneficial to decide the matter in favour of Hindus. This temple should be made open for Hindus to perform worship for specific timings on every day !
3. Shrikashisumerupith Pithadhishwar Jagatguru Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati himself has proceeded there for Vasant Panchami. He should be accorded proper honour and respect. If anything untoward happens, agitation will flare up in the entire country. Felicitate Him on behalf of the government !
4. The idol of Shri Saraswati Devi in the temple is kept in a prison, in Gwalior. It should be promptly taken out and installed.
What will be achieved by suppressing proud Hindu activists ?
Shankaracharya Vasudevanand Saraswati said, “The government has committed a contemptible act to arrest Mr. Navalkishor Sharma, a proud Hindu, who was making efforts for getting the permission for Hindus to perform worship in Bhojshala on Vasant Panchami. Other communities give protection to their respective activists, whereas, your government, being pro-Hidutva put the pro-Hindu activists themselves into the prison. What is this ? This will not enhance mission of Dharma.” The Ministers replied, “We have only taken preventive action. He is kept only in the hospital.” On this, Shankaracharya said, “To keep confined under the watch of police, and not allowing him to contact any one is termed as suppression. What will you achieve by suppressing proud Hindu activists ?”Will you turn entire nation Bauddha-predominant ?
On this occasion, Ministers apprised Shankaracharya about the welfare activities undertaken by the State Government. They said, “The State Government has taken a decision to establish a Bauddha University there, since, the Bauddha community is proceeding to China. This step is being taken to check this migration.” On this, Shankaracharya Vasudevanand Saraswati said, “Will you now turn the entire nation as Bauddha-predominant ? Instead, name the University after Vikramaditya or Bhartruhari.”Assurances given by Ministers !
We are taking efforts towards making the temple available to Hindus for performing worship for the whole day.The State Government will enter into correspondence with an earnest desire, with the Union Government for making the temple available to Hindus for performing worship every day.
We will honour Shankaracharya Swami Narendranand Saraswati.
Hindus will be provided with security in the Saraswati temple. The occurrence of the year 2006 will not be repeated.
The firm stand taken by Shankaracharya reminds of Adi Shankaracharya. If all the Shankaracharyas, Saints, and Sages maintain the ideal of this Shankaracharya and become active by getting united, establishment of Hindu nation will not be very far !

Widespread presence of spies of M.P. Government is observed in Kumbh Mela. They are collecting information on Shankaracharyas, Saints and Sages, who are likely to attend the Bhojshala agitation. Similarly, they are keeping a close watch over the venue of exhibition of pictures jointly organised by Sanatan Sanstha and Hindu Janajagruti Samiti with the objective of establishment of Hindu Nation, in Kumbh Mela. It is learnt that these very spies gathered information about the journey of Mr. Navalkishor Sharma from Kumbh Mela to Mumbai and arrested him on a way.Hindus, undertake agitations all over Bharat, if Shankaracharya is arrested !
Mr. Navalkishor Sharma, who was agitating for getting the permission for Hindus to perform worship in Bhojshala on Vasant Panchami was arrested and physically assaulted by the BJP Government, and efforts were made to suppress the agitation in this way. Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : Massive security cordon has been thrown around the Bhojshala-Kamlamoula mosque as defiant saffron organizations are adamant on not vacating the premises of the controversial religious structure on February 15 for the time allotted by the Archeological Survey of India to Muslims to offer Friday Namaz. The defiance has only aggravated tension even as the Dhar district administration has taken precautionary measures to avert any untoward situation on Basant Panchami.
Maharaja Bhoj Utsav Samiti, the organization spearheading the campaign for exclusive right to the Hindus to offer prayer on February 15, declared on Wednesday that Hindus will continue prayers throughout the day at Bhojshala on February 15. The ASI has allowed Muslims to offer Jumma Namaaz from 1 pm to 3 pm at the adjescent mosque on this day.
The ASI order on Tuesday mentioned that the Hindus can perform religious rituals on February 14 and 15 from sunrise to sunset, except between 12 pm and 3.30 pm on February 15.
Samiti president Ashok Jain and Hindu Jagaran Manch (HJM) district convenor Nirbhay Singh Patel told reporters that the celebrations on February 15 have been scheduled and will not be changed.
Jain alleged that the district administration is creating an environment of fear by flag marches, domination marches and pressuring social volunteers. The administration has erected barricades everywhere in the district ahead of Basant Panchmi, he alleged.
The administration has already made a dozen preventive arrests including that of Nawal Kishor Sharma, the main instigator and former RSS Pracharak. (Shri. Navalkishoreji is not instigator. He is carrying out Bhojshala campaign from last so many years using lawful and democratic ways only. It is BJP Government of Madhya Pradesh which is using wrong tactics to malign him and suppress the voice of Hindus !)

February 13, 2013Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : Shri. Navalkishore Sharma, the National Convener of ‘Bhojshala Muktiyadnya Samiti (BMS)’ from Dhar was arrested at Indore on 11th February. Police have claimed that they found a gun and one bullet with Mr. Sharma. In this background, Panchkhand Pithadheeshwar Acharya Dharmendraji said, “It is impossible that Mr. Sharma had a gun and a bullet. This is a ploy of BJP Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya. If Shivraj Singh Chauhan, the Chief Minister of MP does not remove Vijayvargiya from the post of minister, he will have to face serious consequences.”
Sharma provoked religious sentiments of people - so-called accusation by Police

Navalkishore Sharma and his activists have been carrying out a drive, in lawful manner, for Hindus’ rights of performing ‘puja’ in ‘Bhojshala’ and for release of the idol of Sri Saraswati Devi which has been kept in jail; even then police are accusing him of provoking religious sentiments and arresting pro-Hindu activists. Thane (Maharashtra) : Pro-Hindu activists had gone to Naupada police Station seeking permission to hold demonstrations in front of BJP’s office; but senior police inspector J. D. More denied permission for the same and the police constable, Mr. Patangrao who was present there said, “Do these pro-Hindu activists give us application to harass us? Serve them notice under Sec. 149. The footpath opposite BJP’s office comes under our jurisdiction; but not the road.” (Hindu Janajagruti Samiti [HJS] stages demonstrations, in lawful manner, against injustice meted out to Hindus and as a part of such lawful protests, it submits representation to police, in fact, to make it simple for them; but not to harass them. Police should remember this ! The demonstrations were to protest against the police who had brutally beaten up Navalkishore Sharma and did grave injustice to Hindus. Police refuse permission for staging lawful demonstrations at Dadar !
Anti-Constitution police deny Constitutional right of pro-Hindu activists!Mumbai : Pro-Hindu activists had planned to hold demonstrations, in lawful manner, opposite BJP’s Mumbai Regional Office at ‘Vasant-Smruti’ at Dadar (West). Various pro-Hindu organizations had prepared letters on their ‘letterheads’ seeking permission for the demonstrations. Devout Hindus, Mr. Prasad Mankar and Mohan Shinde met police at Bhoiwada Police Station submitting these letters seeking permission for demonstrations; but Bhoiwada police refused such permission.
Attempts to dissuade pro-Hindu activists from holding demonstrations
After reading the representation, police officer Gaikwad said, “It is not possible to extend permission today; but still if you want permission, meet senior Police Inspector (PI), Vikram Patil who has gone out now.” After waiting for him for about 1-1/2 hours, PI, Patil came back. When he was explained the subject, he too tried to dissuade pro-Hindu activists from staging demonstrations.
PI Patil said, “When you are a pro-Hindu organization, why are you staging demonstrations against another pro-Hindu party?” Mr. Mankar said, “We are not only against Congress. Demonstrations are held against any party or the Government that holds wrong views. It is not a question of only Hinduism.” Despite all explanations, PI Patil did not grant permission to hold demonstrations.
Representation will be given to office bearers at BJP’s Maharashtra Pradesh office
Since all pro-Hindu organizations have been denied permission to hold demonstrations on 12th February, they will be meeting office bearers at BJP’s Maharashtra Pradesh Office on 13th February.

Since the true face of BJP in Madhya Pradesh in appeasing Muslims is being exposed, and as a result of that Shankaracharya and Saints-Sages in Kumbh Mela have threatened to launch an agitation against BJP, the BJP Government in M.P. has taken steps to suppress this agitation by abducting Mr. Navalkishor Shrama, National Coordinator of Shri Saraswati Temple Mukti Yadnya Samiti and past-Sangh Pracharak, assaulting him physically, and lodging false criminal cases against him. Because of this only, any no including media representatives is allowed to meet him, nor the police are stating clearly as to where is he arrested. However, not only this agitation will not be suppressed, but also the agitations will now be launched all over the Bharat by all Hindutvavadi organisations on this issue, and BJP will have to pay for this in next elections.

Mr. O.P.Kohali, In-charge of the BJP office accepted the memorandum submitted by the demonstrators and assured them that it will be promptly forwarded to Mr. Rajnath Sing for immediate action. Those who participated in the agitation along with their activists included Mr. Vishnu Gupta of Hindu Sena, M/S Prashant Patel and Mukesh Sharma of Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Yuvak Sabha, Mr. Manish Manjul of Samarth Sangathana, Mr. Krushnakumar Arya of Arya Samiti, Ms. Rajrani Mahur of Ran Ragini, Mr. Santosh Shette of Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, and Mr. Anand Gupta of Sanatan Sanstha. The demonstrators shouted various slogans such as ‘Shivarj Chouhan come to senses !’, ‘Release Navalkishor !’, ‘Why Namaz in Hindu temple ?’ ‘Down with BJP government !’. Similarly, agitations against BJP Government in M.P. were carried out today at Kolhapur, Pune, and in Raigad district of Maharashtra and in Hubli and Uttara Kannada districts of Karnataka. Agitations will be carried out tomorrow in Sangli, Ratnagiri and other districts of Maharashtra. Organisations such as Hindu Janajagruti Samiti, Sanatan Sanstha participated in these agitations.

Hindus have right to perform worship only once a year on the day of Vasant Panchami; however, since the Vasant Panchami falls on Friday this year, Muslims are also insisting on their right to offer Namaz there. When a similar situation had arisen in the year 2006, Industries Minister of BJP in M.P. Mr. Kailash Vijayvargiya made police resort to Lathi-charge on Hindus and transported Muslims in police vehicles to offer Namaz. At least to avoid the repetition of similar instance on 15th February, Mr. Navalkishor Sharma had put up a demand that Muslims should offer Namaz elsewhere on that day and permit Hindus to perform worship for the whole day. But since BJP, which was elected to power in the name of Hindutva started appeasing Muslim votes, hatched a conspiracy to arrest Mr. Navalkishor Sharma and his colleagues, and lodged false criminal cases against them so as to suppress the agitation.

Record devotees turn up for puja at Bhojshala
February 13, 2013Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : Amid tension in Dhar Bhojshala over puja and namaz offerings on Basant Panchami that falls on February 15, Friday, around 17,000 Hindus performed puja on Tuesday. This was the highest turnout of devotees on a single day at Bhojshala, barring that on Basant Panchami celebrations in 2006.
Bhojshala, claimed by Hindus and Muslims as place of worship is presently under the custody of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). Normally, Hindus are allowed to perform puja on every Tuesday and Basant Panchami while Muslims are allowed to offer namaz on Fridays. However, as Basant Panchami falls on a Friday this year and both the communities not relenting tension is building up.
District administration has deployed a large contingent of policemen to maintain peace and harmony, turning the town into a cantonment. About a dozen Hindu activists were taken into custody on Monday as a preventive measure by the police.
Ashwini Raghvanshi, a local resident, told TOI, "It is for the first time that Hindus have gathered in such a large number on any Tuesday. Normally, not more than 300 people offer prayers on Tuesdays at Bhojshala".
"There has been no untoward incident in the town after the preventive arrest of some top saffron leaders recently," he added.
Dhar collector C B Singh told TOI, "The situation is under control and no further arrests have been made. The government has ordered that the Bhojshala will be open for puja for Hindus for the whole day on Thursday, while it will be open for Hindu devotees on Friday (February 15) from sunrise to 12 noon and then from 3.30 pm to sunset. The Muslims will be allowed to enter Bhojshala on Friday from 12 noon to 3.30 pm to offer namaz.
Ashok Jain, an activist of Hindu Jagran Manch, told TOI over phone that the administration has permitted Hindus to perform puja on February 14, a day ahead of Basant Panchami. "This is unfair, as Basant Panchmi, according to Hindu calendars, fall on Feb 15".
Jain reiterated, "We will perform yagya and puja on Friday from sunrise to sunset and not vacate the place as desired by the district administration". Source : TOI

Hindus’ should get a right to perform ‘puja’ in ‘Bhojshala’ on the day of Vasant-Panchami; for this, protest against BJP Govt. in every district !For the last few days, Hindus have been trying to gain right, in lawful manner, for performing ‘puja’ on ‘Vasant-Panchami’ in ‘Bhojshala’ instead of Muslims reading ‘namaz’; but BJP Government in Madhya Pradesh has paid no heed. As a result, Saints and pro-Hindu activists have now taken an aggressive stand of staging agitations. BJP Government has imposed curfew in Dhar District to crush this agitation. Even the Police are claiming that he was arrested from Indore, sources are saying that he was arrested from Itarasi. Police was on the trail of Shri. Sharma from last few days. It was informed that Police was searching for him after his Press Conference regarding the issue of Bhojshala held in New Delhi few days back.
Now tension has been escalated after arrest of Hindu leader Shri. Navalkishore Sharma. Dhar District police confirmed the news of arrest of Shri. Sharma. It should also be noted that Police and administration have also kept many Hindu leaders under house arrest.

Bhojshala : Political parties should not speak on Bhojshala issue, says BJP
February 11, 2013First BJP Government in Madhya Pradesh should clear its stand on the issue of Bhojshala. In 2003, BJP delegation was saying 'From evidences, it is clear that Bhojshala is a Hindu Temple and it should handed over to Hindus.' Now this same BJP is not allowing Hindus to enter in Bhojshala to perform puja of Mata Saraswati even on the day of Vasant Panchami.
Indore (Madhya Pradesh) : Madhya Pradesh BJP president Narendra Singh Tomar on Monday said political parties should refrain from speaking on the issue of Bhojshala as the state government and local administration were working towards a "successful solution" on it.
"Bhojshala is a very sensitive issue and related to law and order situation. This is an issue between the public and the state government," Tomar told reporters here.
"Political parties should refrain from speaking on it, in the interest of the society. Our organisation will not comment on it. I am sure the state government and district administration are trying their best to resolve the impasse, and I am hopeful that they would succeed in maintaining peace (at Bhojshala) on February 15," he said.
Last week, Maharaja Bhoj Utsav Samiti president Ashok Jain had said that they would perform prayers at the complex the whole day on Basant Panchami, on February 15.
Jain said they have already given their programme schedule to the administration in this regard.
The Samiti had also protested the barricading at the complex.
Over 25,000 devotees would participate in the day-long prayers at the site, Jain had told a press conference after police put up a temporary security cover in the area.
Coincidentally, Basant Panchami and the Friday Jumma Namaz this year are falling on the same day--February 15.
Routinely, every Tuesday Hindus offer prayers at Bhojshala while Muslims offer Namaz every Friday.
During the Basant Panchami festival, Hindus are allowed to perform puja at the monument the whole day.
The above arrangement was made following regular disputes between the two communities over the issue of ownership of the monument.
Meanwhile, when asked about the National Investigation Agency's (NIA) action against suspected RSS activists in Malwa region recently, Tomar said any investigating agency, whether of the state or the Centre, if used for political mileage then it was deplorable and against the democratic values of the nation.

Bhojshala : Security tightened at Saraswati Temple complex for Basant Panchami
February 11, 2013Bhojshala, Dhar (Madhya Pradesh) : Ahead of the Basant Panchami celebrations on February 15, Dhar district administration has made elaborate security arrangements to prevent any untoward incident at the Bhojshala complex, which is home to a Saraswati temple and Kamal Maula Mosque. The security arrangement has been made in view of the fact that Basant Panchami and the Friday Jumma Namaz are falling on the same date.
"We are on alert as Basant Panchami is falling on Friday. We are discussing with both sides and we received some suggestions in this regard. We hope that the solution will come soon," District Collector CB Singh said.
Adequate police force would be deployed for the Bhojshala function, Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Praveen Mathur said.
Three hundred Special Armed Force (SAF) jawans have already reached here. Six more companies of SAF would come here by February 8. Besides, 25 more companies of Rapid Action Force, CRPF, SAF and tear-gas trained force would reach here by February 10 to be deployed at Bhojshala on that day, Mathur said.
Peace meetings were also being held in the city in view of the festival. Madhya Pradesh Women and Child Development Minister Ranjana Baghel held a meeting with administrative officials on Thursday in this regard.
Both the functions would be held peacefully on that day, Shahar Qazi, Waqar Sadik said.

February 11, 2013Prayagaraj (UP) : “If Vishva Hindu Parishad sincerely respects religious sentiments of Hindus, it will present the issue of the temple of Shri Saraswati Devi in Dharma Sansad on its own. This issue was overlooked even in the meeting of Central Guidance Committee of Vishva Hindu Parishad held on a day prior to Dharma Sansad. The BJP Government in M.P. has turned the temple of Shri Saraswati Devi into a military camp.” Such a strong criticism was made by Mahamandaleshwar Swami Yatin Giriji Maharaj against Vishva Hindu Parishad while speaking in the press conference organised in His Ashram, in Kumbh city.
