Do you know about the IMDT Act which gives protection to Bangladeshi infiltrators ?

In the year 1983, the Parliament had passed ‘Illegal Migrants’ Determination by Tribunal Act, 1983 (IMTD)’. After a case fought in Supreme Court, the Act was cancelled in the year 2005.  ‘Lok Jagaran Manch’ from Guwahati, the Capital of Assam, has prepared VCD on this act, the information made available in it, is given below.
1.  Anti-national Congress rulers passing Act by ignoring local Assamese population : In 1983 while passing IMDT Act, there was not a single person in the Parliament who would represent Assam. Under this Act, Bangladeshi illegal infiltrators were given all facilities to settle in Assam. Advocate 'Abdul Muhib Mazumdar', MLA from Assam had prepared the draft of this Act. (Anti-national Fanatics help Bangladeshi infiltrators abd such Fanatics are protected by Congress Rulers; therefore, they are daring to indulge in anti-national activities. – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
2. Destructive provisions of the Act that supports Bangladeshis
A. As per this Act, those who infiltrate after 25th March 1971 will be treated as foreigners. (Due to this Act,all Bangladeshi infiltrators entering Assam prior to 25th March 1971, in a way, got accepted as Indians ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
B. Complaint regarding infiltration can be lodged by a person staying in the jurisdiction of the same police station.
C. Rs. 10/- to be deposited with the complaint.
D. Signature by two witnesses necessary when complaint is being lodged.
E A person can lodge complaint only against maximum ten infiltrators. It will be the responsibility of the complainant to produce proof of infiltration. (The only Act in the whole world under which a complainant has to prove offence of a criminal !  - Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat )
F. Infiltrators are not required to give information to police. (Act that gives power to criminals ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)
G. If proved foreigners, they will be given time of 30 days to leave this country as they will leave on their own.
3. Adverse effects of anti-national Act : Since infiltrators were living together, nobody was ready to lodge complaint against them out of fear. As a result of this Act, during 1983 to 1999, total 3, 05, 037 cases were brought forth, out of which only 9834 were declared as foreigners; and only 1470 were driven out of the country. The former Director General of Police, Shri. Prakash Singh said, “1500 infiltrators driven out by Assam came back to India. What can be more ridiculous than this ?"
4. Supreme Court opines that the Act was made only to help Bangladeshis ! : The Supreme Court cancelled this Act in July 2005 when the Court said, that the draft of the Act was purposely made in such manner that Bangladeshi infiltrators will get protection after 25th March 1971. This Act is un-Constitutional, divisive and against all other laws. It destroys basic rights; therefore, it is being quashed. Owing to such infiltration, nature of population in Assam has been spoilt and it is a matter of great concern. Assamese are facing the danger of becoming minority in their own State. The Court gave protection to Hindus, who had run away from Pakistan and Bangladesh, under Immigration (Expulsion From Assam) Act, 1950.

Anti-national advocate Mazumdar says ‘the law can be cancelled as the likely infiltration from Bangladesh has materialized !’

In his response published in Times of India issue dated 13.7. 2005, Mazumdar had said, ‘IMDT Act has accomplished its purpose; now it can be cancelled.’

The concept of 33 koti devata in Hinduism!

The concept of 33 koti devata in Hinduism: The Vedas refer to not 33 crore Devatas but 33 types (Koti in Sanskrit) of Devatas. They are explained in Shatpath Brahman and many other scriptures very clearly. "Yasya Trayastrinshad Devaa Ange Sarve Samaahitaa, Skamma Tam Bruhi Katamah Swideva Sah”. ~(Atharva Veda 10-7-13) Which means: with God’s influence, these thirty-three (supporting devta) sustain the world. In Brhadaranyaka Upanishad while discussing Brahman, Yajnavalkya is asked how many gods are there. He says that there are three hundred and three and three thousand and three gods. When the question is repeated? He says, thirty three. When the question is again repeated he says, six. Finally, after several repetitions he says ONE. (Chapter I, hymn 9, verse 1) The number 33 comes from the number of Vedic gods explained by Yajnavalkya in Brhadaranyaka Upanishad – the eight Vasus, the eleven Rudras, the twelve Adityas, Indra and Prajapati. (Chapter I, hymn 9, verse 2
