One wonders if both of them happened in India Have a look and see who took what vactions to control the riots.
Also not to forget Congress workers were involved in Godhra carnage as well as Gulberg Massacre

    Please check the record how many lives are we losing due to these roits, either because of what ever silly reason. And you are just comparing the deaths. And not seeing the regret of a CM who was unable to maintain law and order at that time. He might have called police forces, but the rapes loots and hillarious murder was the first time India reported in such a huge number. If u have a little sympathy for Mankind JUST SEARCH IMAGES OF GUJARAT RIOTS in google, the it will awake you from the dream, about Modi. Who ever can not control or whoever can not even regret about the riot. Why not people will suspect him as a culprit...We are a country who got freedom by non-violence agitation by Mahatma Gandhi. A case should be filed and proper hearing should be done, if somebody flames the train, or destroys religious monuments. Law is made for handling those issues. VIOLENCE IS NOT THE SOLUTION. We should restrict all such negative forces to come to power. And we should jointly bring them to punish, who ever it is it may be any ex PM, or PM candidate or CM or whatever. WE SHOULD NEVER PROMOTE SUCH NEGATIVE FORCES FROM STATE LEVEL TO COUNTRY LEVEL.

    THEY MAKE US FOOL BY showing that a particular community is in danger, and get sympathy and power because of that.\

    Actually Human being is in danger because of these persons. No religion says to kill, rape, and fire innocent lives.
