Gujarat CM Narendra Modi releases ‘Gir Girnar-na Mandir’, edited by Junagadh collector with details about 163 ancient temples.
Gandhinagar: Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi released a book, titled ‘Gir Girnar-na Mandir, with briefhistory and colour photographs of 163 ancient and famous temples in and around Junagadh, Girnar Hills and Gir Forests, edited by Junagadh Collector Manish Bharadwaj.
The book covers details about temples of the Solanki, Medieval andNawabi periods, resurrection of the ruins and importance of innumerous Kunds and the around Girnar Hills.

The concept of 33 koti devata in Hinduism: The Vedas refer to not 33 crore Devatas but 33 types (Koti in Sanskrit) of Devatas. They are explained in Shatpath Brahman and many other scriptures very clearly.
