Total ‘Bandh’ observed in Murud to protest against non-action by police

Hindus should not keep quiet after observing ‘Bandh’; but they should force the Government and police to take action against fanatics !

Latur (Maharashtra) : On the day of ‘Ranga-Panchami’ i.e. on 31st March 2013, saffron flag in Datta Mandir was torn off and a green flag was hoisted in its place; however, no action has yet been taken against the concerned; therefore, a total ‘Bandh’ was observed by Hindus at Murud. Police had promised to take action within 3 days against the persons involved in replacing saffron flag; but no action has been taken so far. The ‘Bandh’ was observed to remind the police of their promise. (When their religious sentiments are hurt, Hindus only express their protest or observe ‘bandh’ and they sit quietly; therefore, anti-Hindu police and rulers are not bothered about their religious sentiments ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) No untoward incident was reported as police provided tight security.
