All ANS Trustees to face investigations by Charity Commissioner

Such corrupt ANS has to be banned !
ANS will have to face the music for misappropriating annual accounts

Satara (Maharashtra) : An activist of Andha-shraddha Nirmulan Samiti (ANS) had lodged a complaint with the Charity Commissioner against Maharashtra Andh-shraddha Nirmulan Samiti on 4th March. Even after two months, ANS has been trying to avoid filing their statement; therefore, Charity Commissioner from Satara had decided to conduct investigations of various malpractices of ANS under clause 41 and notices will be issued to all 6 trustees of ANS Board of Trustees. (This is how ANS, which is always spitting venom against Hindu Dharma, carries on its operations ! – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat)

Cases of malpractices by ANS

1. Maharashtra Andha-shraddha Nirmulan Samiti (Samiti), a Trust has not submitted reports from the year 1998-99 on changes carried out by the Trust from time to time.
2. Samiti has not submitted any annual accounts from the year 1992-93 for the last ten years.
3. In the year 2003, ANS submitted together annual accounts for the earlier 9 years; then again for 4 years, it did not submit such report.
4. As people, especially advertisers, donors of ANS started raising queries about ANS, the Board of Trustees submitted a report in August 2012 to the Charity Commissioner, Satara by making various changes.

The complainant member of ANS has stated that

1. All revised reports submitted by ANS should be quashed.
2. All members like Dr. Narendra Dabholkar, besides Pratap Pawar, Ram Takavale, Sadashiv Amarapurkar etc. are not fit to hold such post as they have tried to save their skin by claiming ignorance towards their staff not submitting annual reports for ten years.
3. The reason given by trustees is false and misguiding Charity Commissioner. All reports submitted by ANS are not trustworthy and need to be investigated in detail.
4. Various provisions have been made in clause 41 of the Act to prevent utilization of public trust funds for selfish needs and crimes. In terms of clause 41 (B), circumstantial evidence is available to issue orders for investigations.
5. The behavior of office bearers of ANS is not just carelessness but it is a criminal offence. These office bearers will have to go to jail if found guilty during investigations conducted as per clause 41 (B) ; before that the whole Board of Trustees of ANS should be dissolved.
The above contention of an activist of ANS has been taken serious note by the Charity Commissioner, Satara and he decided to issue notices to all trustees for investigation.

The concept of 33 koti devata in Hinduism!

The concept of 33 koti devata in Hinduism: The Vedas refer to not 33 crore Devatas but 33 types (Koti in Sanskrit) of Devatas. They are explained in Shatpath Brahman and many other scriptures very clearly. "Yasya Trayastrinshad Devaa Ange Sarve Samaahitaa, Skamma Tam Bruhi Katamah Swideva Sah”. ~(Atharva Veda 10-7-13) Which means: with God’s influence, these thirty-three (supporting devta) sustain the world. In Brhadaranyaka Upanishad while discussing Brahman, Yajnavalkya is asked how many gods are there. He says that there are three hundred and three and three thousand and three gods. When the question is repeated? He says, thirty three. When the question is again repeated he says, six. Finally, after several repetitions he says ONE. (Chapter I, hymn 9, verse 1) The number 33 comes from the number of Vedic gods explained by Yajnavalkya in Brhadaranyaka Upanishad – the eight Vasus, the eleven Rudras, the twelve Adityas, Indra and Prajapati. (Chapter I, hymn 9, verse 2
