Swami Dnyanswaroop Sanand jostled in Dharidevi Temple !

Impudence of anti-Hindu Congress Government of Uttarakhand and company constructing dam !

Mumbai : Dam is being constructed at the confluence of Rivers Alaknanda and Mandakini at Srinagar in Uttarakhand State for generation of electricity due to which ‘Dharidevi island’ and the temple will submerge in water. Devout Hindus and 81 years old Swami Dnyanswaroop Sananda (a.k.a G. D. Agarwal, an environmentalist) are opposing this project for past few years. On 12th May, Swamiji went to the temple for ‘darshan’ when Congress Government stopped him from performing ‘puja’. (Congress Govt. is imposing ban on Hindus’ Saints from performing ‘puja’ in Hindu temples. Will it stop maulavis or missionaries from reading namaj’ in a mosque or praying in church? – Editor, Dainik Sanatan Prabhat) Hindus opposed such ban; therefore, they were granted permission to perform ‘puja’. On the following day when Swamiji had gone to the temple for performing ‘puja’, he was jostled by 40 hooligans of GVK Company and other Hindus accompanying them.

Uttarakhand : Dhari Devi island will submerge in water due to dam construction

Proud Hindus opposing the dam itself !
Anti-Hindu Congress Government trying to shift the idol in the temple !

Shrinagar (Uttarakhand) : A small self-materialised island exists in the middle of the river Alakananda at Shrinagar (Gawal). It is being worshipped as Goddess Dhari. A temple of Goddess Dhari is built on this island. It houses 200 years old idol. Due to dam being erected on the river Alakananda for generation of electricity, this island will be submerged under water. Since this is a self-materialised island of Goddess Dhari, half of it is below the ground and half above the ground level. It was planned to cut upper half portion of the island above ground and shift it to the higher location on 13th May. However, since this task is impossible to achieve, it was decided to try shifting the 200 years old idol existing in the temple. The local proud Hindus are opposing this effort. Earlier, this task of shifting the rock was to be completed on the day of Makar Sankranti, but it had to be cancelled due to opposition by Hindus. Similarly, it is observed that the place where the shifting is to be carried out will also submerge under the dam water. Still, the government is deceiving Hindus by informing them about the shifting  plans. Presently, towers have been erected on this island, on all 4 sides of the temple for the power generation plant. Hindus have demanded that the construction work of the dam and shifting of idol of Goddess Dhari be cancelled.

Silence of Shankaracharya is surprising : Criticism by Hindus

Shankaracharya, Dharmacharyas (High Priests), and Saints of Hindus have been made aware of the matter. Nobody except Shankaracharya of Puri Nishchalanand Saraswati has expressed any reaction. Such a silence on their part is surprising for Hindus, and hence, Hindus are criticising their actions. Hindus say that religious leaders will have to react over the issue. (If Shankaracharya, Dharmacharya, and Saints are behaving in such a manner, will Hindus maintain faith in them ? All these inactive individuals are also responsible for the present pitiable condition of Hindus. If all them unite and act for the protection of Hindu Dharma, the transformation of this Nation into Hindu Rashtra will not be very far ! – Editor, Daily’Sanatan Prabhat’)

Conspiracy to destroy the existence of the river Ganga

As per the international standards, the rivers like Ganga are graded as ‘AA’. Therefore, permission to build dams on suc rivers is refused. However, The river Ganga is graded as ‘CC’. If the river Ganga is not graded as ‘AA’, no river in the world can be graded in a similar category. This was stated by Shri. Sajal Shrivastava, a proud Hindu fighting for the temple of Goddess Dhari. (Congratulations to Shri. Sajal Shrivastava, who is fighting for the protection of articles of faith for Hindus ! Such active Hindus are required everywhere ! - Editor, Daily’Sanatan Prabhat’) Shri. Sajal Shrivastava said that the opinion of local proud Hindus is against the construction of any dam on the river Ganga.

The concept of 33 koti devata in Hinduism!

The concept of 33 koti devata in Hinduism: The Vedas refer to not 33 crore Devatas but 33 types (Koti in Sanskrit) of Devatas. They are explained in Shatpath Brahman and many other scriptures very clearly. "Yasya Trayastrinshad Devaa Ange Sarve Samaahitaa, Skamma Tam Bruhi Katamah Swideva Sah”. ~(Atharva Veda 10-7-13) Which means: with God’s influence, these thirty-three (supporting devta) sustain the world. In Brhadaranyaka Upanishad while discussing Brahman, Yajnavalkya is asked how many gods are there. He says that there are three hundred and three and three thousand and three gods. When the question is repeated? He says, thirty three. When the question is again repeated he says, six. Finally, after several repetitions he says ONE. (Chapter I, hymn 9, verse 1) The number 33 comes from the number of Vedic gods explained by Yajnavalkya in Brhadaranyaka Upanishad – the eight Vasus, the eleven Rudras, the twelve Adityas, Indra and Prajapati. (Chapter I, hymn 9, verse 2
