There have been questions to change city names back to their original names

In the past after invasion, many Cities, States & Towns were changed to honor or to suit the invaders! In recent times there have been questions to change them back to their original names. Some of them have already been changed back e.g. Calcutta - Kolkata , Madras - Chennai etc.. The name changing of a City/state consumes a huge amount of effort, money and time.

But the question is, does it matter if they are changed or not?

Should we care? What difference would it make if we change it?

The concept of 33 koti devata in Hinduism: The Vedas refer to not 33 crore Devatas but 33 types (Koti in Sanskrit) of Devatas. They are explained in Shatpath Brahman and many other scriptures very clearly.
